UNC Charlotte’s campus is undergoing major new development this year and next. Blythe Development provided turnkey site work services for UNCC EPIC, Ballfield 8 & 9, Parking Deck, Residence Hall, Dewatering & Heckenbleikner Dam, Portal and Scott Hall. Services included clearing, erosion control, grading, water distribution, sanitary sewer, traffic control, storm drainage, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk, and retaining walls on site.
